Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand, by DHL Express, tracking number included. Track your order here.
 
When will my order arrive?
Depending on where you are located, the package normally takes about 7-30 days (excluded holidays) after processing (2-5 days) to arrive at your destination. Our items are often made to order so please bear with us as we craft a better product to help reduce overproduction in fashion.
 
How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer flat rate shipping of 35 AUD (via DHL express) for all orders. 
 
Will I be charged with tax?
Depending on where you are located, custom and duty import fees may apply. Please check with your local post office before placing an order. We are not responsible for any taxes demanded by your country's officers.
 
What about returns?
**Please review our production process carefully before deciding to purchase. As our materials and items are made by hand, there are natural conditions that we will not be able to accept as returns**
1. Our fabrics are made using handwoven methods and may occasionally have a slightly uneven texture. If you see a loose thread simply clip it out with scissors.
2. Colours may vary very slightly from those shown as our items are made using dyes derived from natural materials available only seasonally.
We happily accept returns of unworn/unused items. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping of returns and any shipments refused by you at delivery.
 
Return policy
  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt; please contact us at seekerxretriever@gmail.com or info@seekerxretriever.com about your return intentions. We would love to hear how we can better improve your experiences here.
  • Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted.
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted on beauty products and undergarments.
  • Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until refund is processed.
  • We only refund full price of the item and do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
  • Exchanges can be made by request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available, then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items
  • Upon receiving returns at our head office, refunds will be issued within 30 days.
What about exchange?
We will happily exchange unworn/unused items for new items. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping costs to exchange.
 
Do you ship during the holidays?
We are so thrilled that you want to share our products with someone special! Please follow guidelines below:
To receive before Christmas Day, please order prior to December 17.
To receive before New Year's Eve, please order prior to December 21.
Due to high volumes of orders during the holiday period, dispatch times may be subject to delay. While we make every effort to ensure your order will reach you by the above dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, DHL does not. However, by providing a full street address and contact phone number, DHL can ensure reliable delivery of your goods. See more information here.
