When will my order arrive?
Depending on where you are located, the package normally take about 7-30 days (excluded holidays) after processing (2-5 days) to arrive at your destination.
How much does it cost?
We are currently offer a flat rate shipping of 25 AUD for all orders, Express shipping is available via DHL at 45 AUD
Will I be charged with tax?
Depending on where you are, custom and duty import fees may apply. Please check with your local post office before placing an order. We are not responsible for any taxes demanded by your country's officers.
What about returns?
We happily accept returns of unworn/unused items. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping of returns and any shipments refused by you at delivery.
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt; please contact us at email@example.com about your return intentions, we would love to hear how we can better improve your experiences here.
- Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted on beauty products and undergarments
- Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until refund is processed.
- We only refund full price of the item and do not offer return on shipping cost, as it is a service cost we've already spend the first time we've shipped the item to you.
- Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items
- Upon receiving returns at our head office, refunds will be issued within 30 days.

To receive before Christmas Day, please order prior to December 17.
To receive before New Years Eve, please order prior to December 21.
Due to high volumes of orders during the holiday period, dispatch times may be subject to delay. While we make every effort to ensure your order will reach you by the above dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
